Orders
Each garment is carefully crafted by hand by our exceptional team of seamstresses and craftsmen.
Hand-embroideed items will require 6-8 weeks to craft. All other items require 3-4 weeks.
Wholesale Orders
We are happy to accept wholesale orders and have a long-standing history of working with many international retailers. If you are interested in exploring our wholesale ordering opportunities, please contact us via the information provided below.
Shipping
Once production is completed, your order will be shipped to your preferred address via courrier directly from our atelier in Nepal.
We offer Flat Rate shipping in the amount of $75, which includes Priority Shipping as well as insurance for your goods.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each garment is tailor made, exchanges and returns are not possible unless there is damage upon opening of package and before being worn. Please be sure to consult the sizing charts provided and reach out to us directly if you are unsure about which size to order.
